Welcome to Banbury Permanent Makeup by Lettie Stoykova!
Hi, I’m Lettie Stoykova.
I am a permanent makeup artist, an empath, and someone who truly cares about people. I feel deeply, I listen carefully, and I believe trust is everything when someone chooses to let me work on their face. I am kind and caring, but also very detail-focused and particular, because I believe permanent makeup should be done properly, with thought, skill, and respect.
I trained at PMTA, under Katy Jobbins.
PMTA is one of the best academies in the world, under the multi-award-winning Katy Jobbins, and I am proud to have learned from someone whose standards I deeply admire. Every award I have entered or been nominated for has taken me to the finals or won, which reflects how seriously I take my craft.
My approach is simple:
If something is worth doing, it is worth doing properly. I believe in being completely honest during consultations, and if something is not right for you, or if it goes against my professional judgement, I will tell you. I have declined services many times when I felt the result would not benefit the client in the long term, or when someone asked for something that would look unnatural over time. I specialise in natural-looking permanent makeup only, because I want my work to enhance your features beautifully and age well.
I am deeply committed to quality, long-term results, and ethical practice.
I spend a lot of time researching, learning, and understanding the products and techniques I use, because I want every treatment to be as safe, considered, and lasting as possible. I do not believe in following trends just because they are popular online. I believe in doing what is right for the client, not just what looks impressive for a moment.
My journey into PMU began during Covid.
I decided to invest in training even though I had never experienced permanent makeup before. The first moment I held the PMU machine, I knew this was something special. This was in 2020, and I still feel the same passion every time I work. I love that PMU can give someone confidence, especially women going through or recovering from difficult times, including cancer treatments, Alopecia, and many others. Those moments, when someone looks in the mirror and sees themselves differently, mean everything to me.
I came to the UK in 2014,
with my suitcase and my five-year-old daughter to join my husband, who had arrived a few years earlier. Since then, I have built a life here that I am truly proud of. I am happily married, I have one daughter, and I love dogs, travelling, good food, and learning from people with interesting stories.
I also believe that…
Real confidence comes from feeling safe, understood, and respected. That is why I take consultations seriously. If I do not feel confident that I can give you the result you want, I will tell you honestly. My job is not just to do PMU — it is to guide you, protect your face, and help you make the right decision for you.
My goal is simple: to help you feel more confident in your skin with beautiful, natural, long-lasting results.
If you are looking for someone honest, experienced, and fully committed to quality, I would love to meet you.

Specialist Training
I’ve had specialist training in corrective treatments, allowing me to help clients who have had permanent makeup done elsewhere with results they’re unhappy with — whether that’s uneven shape, faded patchiness, or colour that has changed unexpectedly over time.
I am also LI-FT certified in advanced ink lightening, a specialist technique used to safely lighten or remove old, unwanted, or poorly executed permanent makeup before new work begins. This means I can help clients who previously believed their only option was painful and expensive laser removal.
If you’re unhappy with previous permanent makeup, a consultation with me will give you an honest assessment of your options — whether that’s correction, lightening, or a fresh start.
Safe, Vegan & Cruelty-Free Pigments — Always

Safe, Vegan & Cruelty-Free
The pigments I use are a premium line developed specifically for cosmetic tattooing — designed by artists, for artists. They’re ultra-concentrated and carefully formulated to suit a wide range of skin and hair tones, removing the guesswork that comes with mixing colours by eye
Covers Old Permanent Makeup
Their concentrated formula means I can place a true target colour over old, faded permanent makeup — useful for clients seeking correction or a refresh.
Long-Lasting Colour Retention
You get a strong, even result after the first treatment when paired with proper technique and aftercare — exactly what’s needed before your follow-up colour boost.
Predictable, Honest Ageing
This is something I care about deeply. These pigments don’t shift to unexpected greys, greens, oranges, or purples as they age — they simply soften and lighten gracefully over time, ready for your colour refresh.
Sterile, Vegan & Cruelty-Free
Every pigment is gamma-ray sterilised, 100% vegan, and never tested on animals. The full ingredient list is available in the MSDS — just ask if you’d like to see it.
Your Consultation & New Look Design

Your Consultation
Consultations are an essential part of every treatment. They give me the chance to properly understand you — what you want, why you’re considering permanent makeup, and what your expectations are. Most importantly, it’s where we explore the shape and colour that will suit you, so the end result feels completely natural and exactly right.
What to Expect
Your consultation is just as much for you as it is for me. It’s your opportunity to ask any questions, get to know me, and feel completely at ease before your treatment. Together we’ll discuss the styles, shapes, and colours you like, alongside what will genuinely suit your face, skin tone, and features.
Why Consultations Are Required
A consultation is required for all new clients and must take place at least 24 hours before any treatment. This allows time for your patch test, ensuring you have no sensitivity to the products being used.
Your Two-Session Process
Most treatments are completed over two sessions. Immediately after your first session, your permanent makeup will appear noticeably darker and bolder for several days — this is completely normal. Over the following weeks, the colour will soften significantly, settling into a natural, soft finish.
A touch-up session is then required, typically booked around 6 weeks after your first treatment, within a window of 6 to 12 weeks. This appointment allows me to even out any patchiness and perfect your results. In some cases, a client may want the colour deepened or the shape adjusted slightly — this can be arranged following a further consultation.
Please book your touch-up appointment within this 6 to 12-week window. If this window is missed, a fee will apply.
Patch Test & Procedure Day

During your Procedure
I work closely with you throughout the entire treatment, checking in regularly for your input rather than working alone and revealing the result only at the end. Once there’s something to show you, I will — the mirror is handed over to you many times during the process, not just once it’s finished.
For your comfort, a soothing topical product is applied throughout the treatment. If you’re worried these treatments are painful, rest assured — they’re not. My technique is gentle and forgiving on the skin, and most clients describe the experience as surprisingly relaxing, far removed from the painful ordeal people often imagine. In fact, many of my clients fall asleep during their treatment — and honestly, I love it, because it means they’re completely at ease.
Please note that for safety reasons, under-18s are not permitted in the treatment room during a procedure, as needles are involved and we want to avoid any risk to your child, yourself, or me.

Your Patch Test
A patch test is mandatory for every new client and is carried out at least 24 hours before your treatment, during your consultation at my Banbury town centre clinic.
Here’s exactly what happens:
I mix a small amount of the actual products that will be used in your treatment. Your skin is thoroughly sanitised, and a tiny prick is made using a diabetic lancet to gently open the skin. The product mixture is then applied directly over this small area.
Reactions to these products are extremely rare, but a patch test exists to protect that rare one-in-a-million client who may be sensitive to an ingredient. Your safety always comes first, which is why this step is never skipped, regardless of how many times you may have had permanent makeup before.
