Welcome to Banbury Permanent Makeup by Lettie Stoykova. By booking an appointment or using our website, you agree to the following terms.
Consultations
Consultations are mandatory for all new clients and include a patch test. Your consultation is your opportunity to discuss your preferences, treatment options, and suitability. Consultations and patch tests are carried out exclusively at our clinic by pre-booked appointment only.
A £20 consultation fee is payable at the time of booking. This fee is fully deducted from the cost of your treatment when you go ahead. Should you decide not to proceed with a treatment, the fee covers our time and patch test materials and is non-refundable.
We require at least 48 hours’ notice to reschedule your consultation, and your fee will be carried over to your new appointment. Missed consultations, or cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice, will result in the loss of your consultation fee.
Patch Test
A patch test is carried out during your consultation appointment at our clinic. No treatment will be performed without a completed patch test, and your treatment can only take place at least 24 hours after your patch test. It is your responsibility to attend your consultation and patch test before your treatment appointment.
Booking Fee
Should you decide to proceed with a treatment, a non-refundable £50 booking fee is required to secure your appointment. This fee will be deducted from the total cost of your chosen treatment. The remaining balance is due on the day of your appointment.
We accept cash, all major debit and credit cards, contactless, Apple Pay and Google Pay, as well as Klarna and Clearpay instalment payments.
If you choose not to book a treatment during your consultation, no further fees will be applied beyond your consultation fee. You are welcome to book at any time afterwards.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
We require at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. With sufficient notice, your booking or consultation fee will be carried over to your new appointment. Failure to provide sufficient notice will result in the forfeiture of your fee, and a new fee will be required to rebook.
If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may need to cancel it, and your fee may be forfeited.
No-shows will result in the forfeiture of your booking or consultation fee.
Touch-Up Appointments
A free touch-up appointment is included in the initial treatment price. This is typically booked at the end of your initial treatment and is usually scheduled at around 6 weeks. The touch-up window is between 6 and 12 weeks from your initial treatment date.
An additional £90 fee will be charged in the following circumstances:
• Missing your scheduled free touch-up appointment
• Rescheduling your free touch-up with less than 48 hours’ notice
• Requiring a third procedure – where the initial treatment was performed and the touch-up was carried out at around 6 weeks, any additional visit required within 12–14 weeks
Touch-ups booked after the 12-week window, and third procedures after 14 weeks, are charged at the standard colour boost price.
Colour Boosts
Just like hair colour naturally fades over time and needs refreshing to stay vibrant, permanent makeup gradually fades as your skin naturally renews itself. To keep your results looking fresh, defined, and at their best, a colour boost is recommended every 12–18 months.
Skipping your colour boost won’t cause any harm, but just as you would notice your hair colour losing its vibrancy without regular maintenance, you may notice your permanent makeup becoming softer and less defined over time. A colour boost is a quick and simple way to restore your results and keep you looking and feeling your best.
Colour boosts are available to existing clients only and are priced from the date of your last treatment:
• Up to 18 months – 50% off the current full price
• Up to 24 months – 40% off the current full price
• Up to 36 months – 10% off the current full price
• Over 36 months – full price
If your previous treatment has faded completely and a new design is needed, the full treatment price applies. Prices are rounded to the nearest £5. A £50 booking fee is required to secure your colour boost appointment and is deducted from the total cost.
Client Eligibility
Permanent makeup is not suitable for everyone. You must be at least 18 years old to book an appointment.
Please inform us during your consultation if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or have any medical conditions or are taking any medications. Some conditions may make you ineligible for certain treatments. We reserve the right to refuse treatment if we believe it is not safe or suitable for you.
If treatment is declined for safety reasons at your consultation, your consultation fee covers the time and patch test provided and is non-refundable.
Allergies & Sensitivities
A patch test will be performed at your consultation to check for any allergies or sensitivities to the products we use. Please inform us of any known allergies or sensitivities before your appointment.
Treatment Results
Results of permanent makeup treatments vary between individuals depending on skin type, lifestyle, health, and aftercare. We cannot guarantee identical results to images shown in our portfolio, as every client is unique. Two appointments are required to complete your treatment — the initial procedure and the follow-up touch-up.

Aftercare
Full aftercare instructions and an aftercare pack will be provided after your treatment. It is essential to follow all aftercare instructions carefully to ensure the best possible results and to avoid complications. We cannot be held responsible for results affected by failure to follow aftercare guidance.
Refunds
As permanent makeup is a personalised professional service, treatment fees, booking fees and consultation fees are non-refundable once your treatment or appointment has taken place, or where the notice required under our cancellation policy has not been given.
If you have any concerns about your results, please contact us within 14 days of your treatment so we can discuss them with you. Any corrections needed are handled through your included touch-up appointment.
By booking an appointment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone we believe is not a suitable candidate for permanent makeup, or anyone rude, abusive, or disruptive.

Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including images, videos, text, logos, and treatment descriptions, is the exclusive property of Banbury Permanent Makeup by Lettie Stoykova and may not be reproduced, copied, or used without prior written consent.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Any changes will apply to bookings made after the date of the update. It is the client’s responsibility to review the latest version before booking an appointment.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
